We plan for every contingency. Our standard setup includes redundant internet connections, backup streaming encoders, spare equipment, and UPS power backup. Our technical team is trained to handle issues in real-time without interrupting the broadcast.

How do you handle multiple languages during live events?

We integrate seamlessly with interpretation services. We can manage multiple audio channels for different languages, ensuring remote participants can select their preferred language. We also handle live captioning and subtitling when needed.

Can you work with our existing platform (Webex, Teams, Zoom)?

Yes, we're experienced with all major platforms including Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and custom solutions. We can either enhance your existing setup or provide a fully managed streaming solution.

What's included in setup and testing?

Every live event includes a comprehensive technical rehearsal. We arrive early to test all systems, run through the programme with speakers, and ensure everything works before going live. We also conduct a final check 30 minutes before start.

How far in advance should we book?

For major events, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for proper planning. For simpler productions, 2-3 weeks may be sufficient. Last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated.
